What kind of photos should I upload?
Upload clear, well-lit photos where the face is easy to see. Natural front-facing or slightly angled photos work best. Avoid blurry, very dark, heavily filtered or distant photos.
How many photos do I need to upload?
The required number of photos depends on the design you choose. Man and Woman portraits normally use one person photo. Couple designs may ask you to upload each person separately so both faces can be recreated clearly.
Can I create a Couple portrait from separate photos?
Yes. When the selected Couple design provides separate upload fields, upload a clear photo of each person. Your portraits are then brought together naturally in one shared oil painting composition.
Will the clothing and setting match the design I choose?
Yes. Your selected design provides the composition, clothing, setting and overall artistic direction. Your uploaded photo is used to personalise the portrait with your likeness.
Will the portrait still look like me or us?

What is the Fine Art Poster printed on?
Our Fine Art Posters are printed on premium 200 gsm matte paper using 12-colour giclée printing for rich colour, accurate detail and a smooth, glare-free finish.
Can I choose a frame for my Fine Art Poster?
Yes. Framed Fine Art Posters are available in White, Wood, Dark Wood and Black frame finishes. You can also choose the poster without a frame.
What happens after I place my order?
After your order is placed, your selected portrait is prepared for your chosen finish. Physical artwork is professionally printed, carefully prepared and packed for delivery.
How do I download my Digital File?
After your portrait is ready, go to the My Portrait page. Enter the email address used when placing your order and your order number, then you will be able to view and download your purchased portrait file.
Is UK delivery included?
Yes. Free standard UK delivery is included for physical artwork orders. Digital File orders are delivered online and no physical product is shipped.
Can I order more than one portrait?
Yes. Add each portrait to your basket separately so the selected design, finish and uploaded photos are saved correctly for every order.
