How do I personalise my item?

Choose your preferred colour, size or design on the product page, then enter the name or personal details requested. For portrait products, you will also be asked to select a portrait style and upload a clear photo of your little one. Please check all names and details carefully before adding the item to your basket.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Production and delivery times vary depending on the product. The estimated timeline is shown on each individual product page. Personalised portrait orders may also depend on how quickly the digital design proof is approved. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change the personalisation after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will always do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your personalised item has entered production. Portrait orders include a digital proof and one complimentary revision before printing.

Can personalised items be returned?

Because personalised products are created especially for you, they cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us with photographs of the issue and we will help resolve it.

How should I care for my personalised item?

Care instructions vary depending on the product. Please follow the washing and care guidance shown on the product page or included with your order. Canvas portraits should be kept dry, displayed away from direct sunlight and gently dusted with a soft, dry cloth.

Will I receive tracking details?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout so you can follow its journey to your door.
