How do I personalise my item?

Choose your preferred size, colour and design options on the product page, then enter the name exactly as you would like it to appear. Please check the spelling carefully before adding the item to your basket.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each personalised item is prepared after your order is placed. The estimated production and delivery time is shown on the individual product page and in your order confirmation.

Can I change the personalisation after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We may be able to make changes before production begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your item is being prepared.

Can personalised items be returned?

Because personalised products are made especially for you, they cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us and we will make it right.
