Choose a royal style, upload your baby’s photo, preview the portrait, then select either a printed canvas or a digital file.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use a clear, well-lit photograph where your baby’s face is fully visible. Avoid heavily filtered, blurred or very distant photos for the best result.
Will the portrait still look like my baby?
Yes. Your baby’s recognisable facial features are preserved while the clothing, setting and royal composition are created around the photo you upload.
Can I see the portrait before I order?
Yes. After choosing a portrait style and uploading your photo, you can preview the personalised portrait before completing your order.
Can I request a change to the design?
Yes. One complimentary revision is included with your order. You can request a small adjustment before the final canvas is printed or before the digital file is made available.
Will you print or deliver it immediately?
No. Canvas orders are sent to print after the final portrait is approved. Digital File orders are prepared for download after the final portrait is approved.
What happens after I approve the portrait?
If you choose canvas, your artwork is prepared for your selected size, printed, professionally stretched and carefully packed for delivery. If you choose Digital File, your approved portrait is prepared as a high-resolution file for download.
How do I download my Digital File?
After your portrait is ready, go to the My Portrait page. Enter the email address used when placing the order and your order number, then you will be able to view and download your purchased portrait file.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is shown in your order confirmation email. Use the same email address you entered at checkout when accessing your portrait from the My Portrait page.
Is UK delivery included?
Yes. Free standard UK delivery is included with printed canvas orders. Digital File orders are delivered online and no physical canvas will be shipped.
Can I order more than one portrait?
Yes. Add each portrait to your basket separately so the selected design, finish, size and uploaded photograph are saved correctly for every portrait.
