We have a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, i.e. it must not have been worn or used, it must have a label on it and it must be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

European Union 14-day withdrawal period Despite the above, if the product is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. Where do you ship?
We ship to Italy, USA, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia. Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico with the best couriers (DHL, UPS, Fedex, Aramex). All packages are tracked.

Do I have to pay VAT and import duties?
Our office is based in London, UK. We work mainly with warehouses in Asia: this allows you to choose from a wide range of models and get a super competitive price. This also means that most of our products are shipped from the overseas warehouses mentioned.

Whilst we always try to cover customs charges upfront, for some countries (including the UK from 1 January 2021 and Europe from 1 July 2021) this is not always possible, especially for products with a value greater than £135/€150.

Since the importer of record is always the end customer (you), the customer is always responsible for paying any import duties and customs fees if required by local authorities.

Taxes will not be covered/reimbursed by us. No exception.

Duties and taxes are calculated and charged by your country's customs authorities and are therefore beyond our control.
