Exchanges: The quickest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return your existing product and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted. European Union 14-day withdrawal period: Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason.

As stated above, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, labeled, and in its original packaging.
