If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Products returned to us without a return request will not be accepted. You can always contact us at info@moodroyal.com for any return questions.

Damage and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess and fix it.

Exchanges: The quickest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return your existing product and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted. European Union 14-day withdrawal period: Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason.

As stated above, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, labeled, and in its original packaging. Refunds: Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
