Will the portrait really look like my pet?
We use your pet’s visible facial features, fur colour, markings and expression as the reference for the artwork. As each portrait is an artistic interpretation, small differences may occur. You can see the result before ordering.
Can I preview my portrait before paying?

For canvas orders, we prepare your portrait in the chosen size, print it, stretch it and carefully pack it for delivery. If you choose a Digital File, the high-resolution artwork will be available through My Portrait when ready.
How long does UK delivery take?
Standard UK delivery is free for canvas orders. Your portrait is printed to order, so please allow production time before dispatch. Shipping typically takes around 4–6 working days after dispatch; timings are estimates and may vary. Digital Files are delivered online.
