We have a 30 day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you received the product to request a return.
However, the European Union has a 14 day withdrawal period. Despite the above, if the product is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason and without giving any reason within 30 days. All returns must be returned to Mood Style LTD within 30 days of delivery. When returning items, they must be in their original condition with all tags attached in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with signs of wear or delivered to our returns department or store outside of the 30 day window will not be accepted. Returns lost in the post are not Mood Style LTD’s responsibility. We recommend that you return your items via a tracked service and keep the postage receipt. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days. Delivery costs will not be refunded. .
FAULTY ITEMS
Please inspect all garments upon receipt and notify us immediately of any faults. Please let us know the nature of the error and whether you would like a refund or exchange. You have 30 days from the date you received the faulty items to return them to us.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item appears to have been damaged in transit, please do not sign for it or accept it. Instead, contact the Post Office or courier company to obtain a Damage Investigation Report and request that the package be returned to the sender.
