We offer a **30-day return policy**, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, clean, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been heavily used, damaged by the customer, or returned with pet hair, stains, odours, or signs of wear may not be accepted.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
UK & EU Cooling-Off Rights
If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
