All international deliveries are Shipped with 1-4 days order preparation time 6-12 days shipping lead time.

All returns must be returned to Mood Style LTD within 14 days of delivery. When items are returned they need to be in original condition and with all tags attached to receive a full refund. Items that are returned with signs of being worn, or delivered to our returns department or store outside the 14 day window will not be accepted. Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Mood Style LTD. We advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days. Delivery costs will not be refunded.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect all garments on receipt and notify us straight away of any faults. Please inform us of the nature of the fault and if you require a refund or an exchange. You have up to 30 days from receipt of faulty items to return them to us.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item appears to have been damaged in transit, please do not sign for and accept it. Instead, contact the Postal Office or carrier for a Damage Inspection Report, and request that the package is returned to sender.
