Which size should I choose?
The jumper is available from 0–3 Months through to 7T. Age ranges are a guide, so we recommend comparing the garment length, chest and sleeve measurements in the size guide above with a similar jumper that already fits well.
How do I personalise the baby jumper?
Choose the jumper colour, enter the baby’s name, select the size and then choose a Single or Multi yarn colour. You can also add up to four optional embroidered icons before reviewing your choices.
How many characters can the name include?
The personalised name can include a maximum of eight characters. Please enter the name exactly as you would like it to appear and check the spelling carefully before adding the jumper to your cart.
How do the personalisation charges work?
Your selected Single or Multi yarn colour adds $2.50. Each optional embroidered icon also adds $2.50. The complete price is shown in the personalisation summary before the jumper is added to your cart.
Do I have to add embroidered icons?
No. The embroidered icons are completely optional. You can order the jumper with the personalised name and yarn colour only, or add up to four icons for an extra personalised finish.
Which jumper colours are available?
There are 17 colour choices: Apricot, White, Rose Pink, Khaki, Grey Aqua Blue, Brown, Pumpkin, Christmas Green, Black, Navy Blue, Military Green, Light Pink, Red, Light Purple, Light Green, Milk White and Beige.
Can I change the personalisation after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Changes may be possible before preparation begins, but they cannot be guaranteed once your personalised jumper has entered production.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
