What kind of photos should I upload?
Upload clear, well-lit photos where each face is easy to see. Natural front-facing or slightly angled photos work best. Avoid blurry, very dark, heavily filtered or distant photos.
Do I need to upload separate photos?
Yes. Please upload separate photos for each subject. For a pet and owner portrait, upload one person photo and one pet photo. For a two-person portrait, upload each person and the pet separately.
Can I create a portrait with two people and one pet?
Yes. Choose a design made for two people and one pet, then upload the required photos separately. Your subjects will be brought together naturally in one personalised oil painting composition.
Will the portrait still look like us?

What is the Fine Art Poster printed on?
Our Fine Art Posters are printed on premium 200 gsm matte paper using 12-colour giclée printing for rich colour, accurate detail and a smooth, glare-free finish.
Can I choose a frame for my Fine Art Poster?
Yes. Framed Fine Art Posters are available in White, Wood, Dark Wood and Black frame finishes. You can also choose the poster without a frame.
What happens after I place my order?
After your order is placed, your selected oil painting is prepared for your chosen finish. Physical artwork is professionally printed, carefully prepared and packed for delivery.
How do I download my Digital File?
After your portrait is ready, go to the My Portrait page. Enter the email address used when placing your order and your order number, then you will be able to view and download your purchased portrait file.
Is UK delivery included?
Yes. Free standard UK delivery is included for physical artwork orders. Digital File orders are delivered online and no physical product is shipped.
Can I order more than one portrait?
Yes. Add each portrait to your basket separately so the selected design, finish and uploaded photos are saved correctly for every order.
