Use a clear, well-lit photograph where your baby’s face is fully visible. Avoid heavily filtered, blurred or very distant photos for the best result.
Will the portrait still look like my baby?
Yes. Your baby’s recognisable facial features are preserved while the clothing, setting and royal composition are carefully created around them.
When will I receive my design proof?
Your digital proof will be sent to the email address used at checkout within 24 hours. Please also check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I request a change to the design?
