Which bunny style can I choose?
You can choose from three 25 cm bunny styles: Polka Dots, Pink and Pure Powder. Select your preferred style in the personalisation window before entering the name and yarn choice.
How do I personalise the bunny?
Choose the bunny style, enter the name exactly as you would like it to appear, then select either Set 1 or Set 2 for a multicolour finish, or choose one single yarn colour.
How many characters can the name include?
The personalised name can include a maximum of seven characters. Please check the spelling carefully before adding the bunny to your cart.
Can I choose both a yarn set and a single colour?
No. Please choose either Set 1 or Set 2, or one single yarn colour. Selecting an option from one section automatically removes the selection from the other section.
Which single yarn colours are available?
The single yarn colours are Rose, Pink, Light Pink, Yellow, Lavender, Baby Blue, Avocado Green, Burgundy, Khaki, Grey and White.
Is there an extra personalisation charge?
No. The personalised name and your selected yarn option are included in the displayed product price.
Can I change the personalisation after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Changes may be possible before preparation begins, but they cannot be guaranteed once your personalised bunny has entered production.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
